Hawach has developed a high flux sterilizing-grade PES membrane filter for filtration of solvents, which is available in variable pore sizes from 0.1um to 1.2um, and the diameter is from 13mm to 250mm. These properties enable them to filter aqueous solutions、pharmaceutical solutions and various samples. PES membrane filter is of low adsorption membranes and fine regenerated cellulose filter, and then reinforced with non-woven cellulose and excellently fir for particle removal from solvents.
Low protein binding filter membrane is mainly used for sterilization filtration of biological proteins with low protein adsorption and covers pharmaceutical, water purification, food, and beverage industries. The polyethersulfone membrane is usually used with compatible non-aqueous fluids. They are also commonly used as air, gas, or ventilation filters. Hydrophilic polyethersulfone membrane filters are sometimes used with water or aqueous solutions, and in these applications, they are pre-wetted with a low surface tension water-miscible liquid before use.
