PES membrane filter is specially designed for biochemical, inspection, pharmaceutical, and sterilization filtration devices. Hydrophilic polyethersulfone has low protein adsorption and high drug compatibility. This low protein binding membrane filter is mainly used for sterilization filtration of biological proteins with low protein adsorption and covers pharmaceutical, water purification, food, and beverage industries.
Hawach has developed a high flux sterilizing-grade PES membrane filter for the filtration of solvents, which is available in variable pore sizes from 0.1μm to 1.2μm, and the diameter is from 13mm to 250mm. They have low protein binding, low extractability, high flow rate, good strength, do not adsorb proteins and extracts, and do not pollute the sample. These properties enable them to filter aqueous solutions, pharmaceutical solutions, and various samples. PES membrane filter is of low adsorption membranes and fine regenerated cellulose filter and then reinforced with non-woven cellulose and excellently fir for particle removal from solvents.
